Heritage Murals India is committed to customer satisfaction while maintaining fair business practices. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be provided for our mural consultation and coordination services.
Service Categories
1. Free Consultation Services
Our initial consultation, style quiz, and artist matching services are provided free of charge. No refunds are applicable as no payment is required.
2. Premium Consultation Fees
If you opt for premium consultation services (detailed design planning, multiple artist consultations):
- Full Refund: Available within 48 hours of payment if no consultation has taken place
- Partial Refund: 50% refund available if cancellation occurs before the scheduled consultation
- No Refund: After consultation services have been provided
Project Coordination Fees
For complex projects requiring ongoing coordination, our refund policy is structured as follows:

Mural Artwork Refunds
Regarding commissioned mural artwork:
Important: Mural artwork refunds are governed by individual artist policies, not Heritage Murals India policy. We facilitate these discussions but cannot guarantee refunds for completed artwork.
Typical artist refund scenarios:
- Before Work Starts: Most artists provide full refund minus design fees
- Work in Progress: Partial refunds based on materials used and time invested
- Completed Work: Generally no refunds, as artwork cannot be "returned"
- Quality Issues: Artists typically offer corrections or partial refunds
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us at refunds@heritagemurals.in with your request
- Include your order number, payment details, and reason for refund
- Allow 3-5 business days for request review
- Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in these circumstances:
- Change of mind after services have been fully delivered
- Dissatisfaction with artistic style preferences (subjective preferences)
- Delays caused by customer unavailability or property access issues
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions)
- Failure to follow recommended preparation or care instructions
- Damage caused by customer negligence after completion
Partial Service Completion
If services are partially completed due to unforeseen circumstances:
- Refunds calculated based on services not yet provided
- Any costs already incurred (materials, artist fees) are deducted
- Administrative costs may be retained to cover processing
Quality Guarantee
While we cannot guarantee artistic satisfaction (which is subjective), we do guarantee:
- Professional conduct from our network artists
- Honest representation of artist capabilities and experience
- Prompt communication and project coordination
- Fair pricing and transparent cost breakdowns
If our service standards are not met, we will work with you to remedy the situation or provide appropriate compensation.
Dispute Resolution
If you're not satisfied with our refund decision:
- You may request a review by our senior management
- We encourage mediation for complex disputes
- Legal disputes are subject to Indian jurisdiction
- We're committed to fair resolution within reasonable limits
