User Responsibilities

Project Timeline and Completion
While we strive to facilitate timely project completion:
- Actual timelines depend on project complexity and artist availability
- Weather, material availability, and other factors may cause delays
- Changes to project scope may affect timeline and pricing
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions) may necessitate postponements
Quality Assurance
We work only with vetted artists, but you should:
- Review artist portfolios and credentials before hiring
- Clarify expectations and approve designs before work begins
- Inspect work progress and communicate concerns promptly
- Understand that traditional art styles may have natural variations
Intellectual Property
Regarding artwork and designs:
- Traditional Indian art motifs are part of cultural heritage

Cancellation and Refund Policy
